Onboarding Process
Don't know what to expect? We'll make it easy for you! Here's a step-by-step explanation of our onboarding process. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

1)
Fill out our contact form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are undecided on where to have your session or which date, check our locations list and availability calendar.
Contract+ Invoice
2)
Once all the details are confirmed, we will email you a contract and invoice. A 25% deposit is required after signing to secure your session officially.
Email reminder
3)
We will send you a reminder email with our session details one week and one day before the session. The remaining invoice balance will be due the day before the session.

Time for your session! We will text or email you when we're at the session's location. Get ready to turn moments into memories that'll last a lifetime!

You will receive sneak peeks within 48 hours after our session and the rest within two weeks! Be sure to tag @AhonuiProductions on Instagram so that we can see your gorgeous smiles!

FAQ
How do I book a shoot?
Email us! The 'contact' page contains our email as well as additional information.
Do you fly to neighbor islands?
Yes! We'll fly to any of the neighboring islands. Unfortunately at this time, we are not traveling internationally or to the U.S. mainland.
When will my gallery be delivered?
Regular sessions take no longer than two weeks. Wedding galleries will be delivered within two months or earlier after the event.
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept cards, checks, cash, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
When should I book?
Contact us as soon as possible! We need to know in advance just to make sure your date is free.
Do you offer payment plans?
For all of our sessions, we require a 25% deposit to reserve your date on our calendar. Custom payment plans are offered for weddings only. Just let us know your situation and we'll get right back to you! Keep in mind, we won't send your photos until we're fully paid.
